DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES 2015-16

Ø  The Department in association with  HBCSE conducted the following exams for    the students of coastal Andhra and  Raayalaseema

ü PRE-RMO -2015 was held on 20-09-2015  from 10:00-1:00p.m

ü RMO-2015  was conducted on 06-12-2015  from 1:00- 4:00p.m.

ü INMO-2016  was held on 07-02-2016  from 1:00-4:00p.m  for the students selected in RMO 2016.

Ø The Dept. in association with  AIMEd. organized a National Conference on “Mathematics and Literature” from 22.09.15 to 23.09.15. The Chief Guest for the Inaugural Function was Prof.B.Maheswari and the keynote address was delivered by Prof.P.V.Arunachalam. For the Valedictory Function, Mrs.M.Krishna Kumari, Director, AIR was the Chief Guest and

      Prof.Bh. Satyanarayana and  Ln.Kolluri were the Guests of Honour.

Prof.Meenakshi  Sundaram Memorial Lecture and Prof.R.C.Gupta Endowment Lecture were also delivered. As a part this seminar, “Mathematics Expo” was organized. Expo was inaugurated by Sri.M.V.Mahadevan, General Secretary,AMTI. 

Ø The Department Organized  INMO Training camp for  students in RMO  2015  from  07-01-2016  to 9-01-2016.

              The Resource persons were:

ü Mr. Sirajuddin from St.Joseph’s High school, Kurnool.
