1. The Department organized a certificate course in “Soft
Toy Making” in collaboration with Jana
Shikshana Samasthan, Govt. of India. 40 students belonging to M.Sc Mathematics
and M.A English Literature were given handson training by Mrs.Vani Varadhi in
making the following soft toys :
Teddy bear, Puppy, Panda, Monkey and Rabbit.
The certificate course consisted of 30 hours and the classes were from 10.09.18
to 12.10.18.
